The commercial tugboat Janet Colle washes oil off the coastal buoy tender USCGC Harry Claiborne (WLM 561) after a mission in the Gulf of Mexico May 10, 2010. Claiborne is equipped with a vessel of opportunity skimming system that helps remove oil from the surface of the water.
